Leading a Team Safely (LaTS)
The CCNSG Leading a Team Safely (LaTS) course is a one-day workshop designed to introduce supervisory and managerial personnel to effective team management within the context of health and safety in the engineering construction industry. This course builds upon the foundational knowledge provided by the CCNSG Safety Passport, focusing on leadership essentials to enhance workplace safety and efficiency.
Course Objectives
After completing the "Leading a Team Safely" course, you'll be able to:​

Identify and manage workplace hazards: You'll learn how to spot things that could be dangerous and know how to fix them to keep everyone safe.

Communicate safety information effectively: You'll be able to explain safety rules clearly so everyone understands what they need to do.

Eligibility: Participants must hold a current CCNSG Safety Passport to enroll in this course.
